FLOWERS - REPORT for the year 2008
We have had a relatively quiet year with the flower ladies enjoying fellowship together, whilst arranging and tidying the flowers, followed by a time of prayer in the Lady Chapel when others join us, some 12 in all. As there were no weddings this year to supplement our funds, we have had to delve into our reserves. We are very grateful to everyone who provides flowers or donations to meet the cost of flowers. At the moment we have 15 vacancies in the weekly rota, 6 for the Chancel and 9 for the Lady Chapel. Offers of help would be very much appreciated.
