3RD BLACKHEATH (ST. PAUL'S) BROWNIE PACK
2007 REPORT
During 2007 - 2008, our pack has continued to blossom. It has been such a great joy to have more than a small handful of girls and to be able to really enjoy doing activities to the full.
There are still a few places - as we have to limit ourselves to a certain ratio with 3 adult leaders, but as ever, all between 7 and 10 are welcome. Anyone over 16 is also welcome to volunteer as an adult helper too!!!!!
We had a quiet year, settling into the routine of having many girls with whom to complete activities, but enjoying ourselves immensely.
We had a busy time completing many challenges including Becky with lots of preparatory work for her Pack Holiday licence - watch this space!!!!
This was in between preparing for and getting married in September 2007; a great day with some beautiful dresses and of course Brownies out in force to support and encourage.
W have continued to try new initiatives and this year began the Right Now challenges - a resource designed to make the girls more self and socially aware.  We as adults have been challenged by some of the issues too.
We were sad to lose the church children's worker Marcus to pastures new, nut pleased to welcome jis replacement Jodi and we look forward to working with her over the coming year,
We are looking forward to the District Camp in 2008 - Brown Owl in a tent???  We'll see.
To all who continue to support us in word and deed, thankyou, and please keep on supporting.
Patrice, Becky, Jackie and Jenny
